1. What sizes do you offer?
We currently offer our products in sizes S, M, L, and XL.
You’ll find a detailed size chart in each product description for reference.

2. When will my package be shipped?
We usually ship your order within 1–3 business days after payment has been received.
Once your package is on its way, you’ll receive a tracking link via email.

3. How long does shipping take?
Shipping within Germany usually takes 2–5 business days.
International shipping may take longer depending on the destination.

4. How can I return my order?
You have 14 days to return your order.

5. Who pays for return shipping?
Return shipping costs are covered by the buyer.
In the case of an exchange (e.g. incorrect size), we’ll cover the cost of reshipping to you.

6. Can I change or cancel my order?
If your order hasn’t been shipped yet, please contact us as soon as possible via our contact page.
We’ll do our best to accommodate any changes.

9. How do I properly care for your clothing?
Care instructions can be found on the label inside the garment.
In general, we recommend washing at 30°C on a gentle cycle and avoiding tumble drying to prolong the life of your clothing.
