We hope you’re completely satisfied with your purchase from Celestino.

But if something isn’t quite right, you of course have the option to return your order.

Withdrawal period

You can cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it – no explanation needed.

Return conditions

• The item must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition.

• All tags and labels must still be attached.

• The return must reach us within the 14-day period.

How to return your item

1. Send a short email to info@celestino-atelier.com with your order number and (optionally) the reason for return.

2. We’ll send you the return address.

3. Carefully pack the item and send it back to us.

Return shipping costs

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

If you’d like to exchange an item (e.g. wrong size), we’ll cover the shipping for the new item.

Refunds

As soon as we’ve received and inspected your return, we’ll issue your refund within 7 business days via your original payment method.
