1. Scope
These Terms and Conditions apply to all orders placed through our online store.
Our products are intended solely for consumers as defined in § 13 of the German Civil Code (BGB).

3. Prices & Shipping Costs
All prices include the applicable VAT.
Shipping costs are calculated separately and shown at checkout.
4. Payment
Payment can be made via credit card, PayPal, Klarna, or any other payment method offered during checkout.
5. Delivery
Delivery will be made to the shipping address provided by the customer.
Estimated delivery times are stated on the respective product pages.
6. Retention of Title
Goods remain our property until full payment has been received.
7. Right of Withdrawal
Consumers have a statutory right of withdrawal in accordance with our cancellation policy below.
8. Warranty & Liability
Statutory warranty rights apply.
Any further liability is excluded to the extent permitted by law.
9. Dispute Resolution
The European Commission provides a platform for online dispute resolution (ODR):
We are neither obliged nor willing to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.
10. Final Provisions
The law of the Federal Republic of Germany shall apply.
The contractual language is German.
