Orders over €300 qualify for free shipping.

Delivery times

Your order will be processed within 1–3 business days after payment is received.

Estimated delivery times:

• Germany: 2–5 business days

• EU countries: 4–10 business days

• Worldwide: 7–21 business days

Please note: During periods of high demand, delivery may take longer.

In such cases, we’ll notify you by email in advance.

We ship with DHL, UPS, or another reliable logistics partner, depending on your region and availability.

Tracking

Once your package is on its way, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking link, so you can follow your delivery at any time.

Customs & import duties

For orders outside the EU, additional customs duties or taxes may apply.
